I began my Real Estate career in 1989 as a Realtor for Fred Sands Realty and received the honor of "Rookie of the Year". 

Since 1991, I have concentrated my efforts in the Mortgage Loan Industry learning all aspects of the loan process, from processing and pricing loans, to underwriting, closing and funding.  I have earned the honor of "Top Loan Originator" and "Top Loan Closer" for the past 12 years.

I joined American Capital Corporation, a leading Mortgage Banker in Southern California, in August 2008.  American Capital is a Direct Lender, offering in-house underwriting and funding which allows me to work "hands-on" with all my loan files and work directly with our loan processors and underwriters to maintain clear communication from start to finish.

Access to "cutting edge" technology allows me to obtain immediate loan Pre-Approvals and keep my clients informed of changes in the market and daily interest rate fluctuations.
